Restoration Details:

Emera Maine crews continue to work to restore power in Bangor after experiencing a problem with a transformer cable at Webster St. substation, causing loss of power to customers on Broadway, Hammond and nearby streets in Bangor. As crews work to fix the problem, they are installing a mobile substation to get power restored sooner. Crews expect to be working at the site much of the week to resolve the problem, but power is expected to be restored once the mobile substation is in place tonight.

Windy, rainy conditions have caused scattered power outages in other areas across the Emera Maine service territory throughout the day today.
